Redwood Metalfest Submissions Page is open!
Redwood Metalfest will be held August 17th, 2019 at Alex Thomas Plaza, Ukiah Ca. This is a free event. All Bands that submit must submit on a VOLUNTARY basis as there are NO paid performances. This is a gift to the community, and admission is free to the public.
Bands should also understand that there is a LANGUAGE clause imposed by the city of Ukiah that we strictly adhere to. Meaning that profanity is not allowed (unless its a lyric in a song. We do not censor lyrics, however, we ask that bands who submit do so with an understanding that it is a family friendly, all ages, outdoor, community event))
Profanity is not allowed when addressing the crowd or when SPEAKING into an open microphone. This is non negotiable.

Ok…heres how to submit…we like to keep it simple…
Any band interested in participating, please submit a post to THIS PAGE with your band Name, at least one song that best represents your sound, or a link to where your songs can be heard for review. We will accept Submissions beginning January 15th at noon, until January 31st at 6pm. There is no rush…we will review any AND ALL submissions. PLEASE only submit ONE TIME. We will begin selecting bands February 1st and we will announce lineup February 15th.

Please, bands and patrons are encouraged to reply to posts. Positive Input is welcomed, however, negative remarks will result in your removal from the page, and or from concideration for the event.
